There are a lot of accessories out there that you can get for your Instant Pot. There are so many accessories you can buy and each one has a different function and use. Today, I am going to share with you what I think are the best Instant Pot accessories!
Glass Lid
A glass lid is a great accessory to have. The lid that comes with your Instant Pot locks when you use it, but not the glass lid.
The glass lid is great when you are using the saute or slow cooker function. It allows you to keep moisture in your pot but allows you to quickly remove the lid to stir ingredients or add in other stuff.
Spring Form Pan
You can cook more than just lunch and dinner in your Instant Pot. Desserts come out absolutely delicious especially with the use of a springform pan.
You can use a springform pan for a variety of recipes including:
- Cheesecake
- Icecream Cake
- Bread Pudding
- Fruit Tart
- Savory dishes: Chicken pot pie, lasagna, or garlic cheese bread
Egg Steamer Rack
If you don’t like placing your eggs right on the bottom of the pan, or they don’t really fit well on the trivet, an egg steamer rack is a perfect accessory.
The rack holds eggs so that you don’t have to worry about them rolling around and breaking, getting overcooked, or undercooked.
Instant Pot Silicone Mits
One thing that you definitely want to get is these silicone mitts. They are food-grade heat resistant silicone mitts. So, they provide great protection from the hot steam.
They are also really convenient as you can slip them on and off easily. I like to use them to hold onto the pot while stirring or sauteing my dish. of course, they are great for when I need to remove the hot pot from the Instant Pot.

This is literally the best thing since chocolate cream pie. As you know, the pressure cooker makes your meat super juicy and tender, but it doesn’t really crisp up those edges.
This beautiful accessory turns your Instant Pot into an air fryer. But that’s not all it can do. This air fryer lid can:

So, this accessory makes it super easy to make those fall off the bone, juicy chicken wings while being able to make them crispy all in one pot.

The silicone cover fits on your Instant Pot inner pot, so you don’t have to hunt around for a bowl and lid.
Stackable Steamer Insert Pans
Want to cook a variety of food simultaneously? If so, you need these stackable steamer insert pans. With this set, you can cook your meat in the bottom, and your rice and veggies in the top.
This is a much more affordable option than buying another Instant Pot.

If you don’t want to buy each accessory individually, you could go with an accessory kit. I like these kits because you get a lot of stuff for your money.
