When I first starting using my Instant Pot I was nervous. Actually, it sat in it's box for a few months before I decided to take the plunge and try it out. I researched before using it and started with the water test to built my confidence. I then tried to cook simple recipes, like chicken breasts and frozen ground beef. From there, I worked my way up to using almost daily for one thing or another. Sometimes it was just rice for a side or baked potatoes. Other times I made a whole meal in it, sides included.
