You should be able to double it. I would use something to layer the pork chops so they are not all on top of each other. A basket or the egg holder will work. Let me know how they turn out!

I used left over frozen dressing & there wasn’t any apple juice here so I used orange juice instead. The apples & potatoes made a complete meal & were easy as pie to make. I will make this recipe again, we love it.
